Mindset
Mission
- To learn and grow personally and professionally.
- To choose better quality problems and to enjoy the struggle (motivation is overrated).
- To focus on the essential and to do it well.
- To build mastery.
- To evolve.
- To inspire.
He who has a why to live can bear almost any how.
- Friedrich Nietzsche
Web development is the essential subject on which my time and effort is focused. I enjoy solving web development problems because they allow me to learn and grow through the struggle, building my path to mastery. As a result, I am evolving and inspiring others.
Life is a journey, not a destination.
Long term goal: How my life be in 10 years if I stick with this?
USE IN CASE OF EMERGENCY
Apki mindset bahut important hai jab aap koi bhi naya skill sikh rahe ho, programming ke alawa bhi. Apki mindset aapke chances of success par bahut zyada asar daal sakta hai.
Koi jo fixed mindset rakhta hai, wo yeh maanta hai ki agar unko pehli baar mein kuch samajh nahi aata hai, toh wo kabhi samajh nahi payenge. Wo maante hain ki unmein wo intelligence nahi hai jo unke paas honi chahiye.
Par, aisa wide body of research bhi hai ki intelligence fixed nahi hai balki develop ho sakti hai. Koi jo growth mindset rakhta hai, wo maanta hai ki wo kisi bhi cheez mein mehnat aur lagan ke saath better ho sakta hai.
Iska matlab kya hai aapke liye? Iska matlab hai ki aap naye skills sikh sakte hain aur apne talents ko persistence aur grit ke saath develop kar sakte hain.
Jab aap aisi position mein hote hain, apne aap ko remind karein ki aap abhi tak samajh nahi paaye hain, lekin persistence aur grit ke saath wo samajh jaayenge. Struggle karna growth hai. It doesnβt matter ki aap kitne time tak struggle karte hain; sabse important hai ki aap grit aur tenacity rakhte hain aur puri tarah se complete karte hain.
Curriculum ke dauraan, difficult concepts aur complex projects ke saath encounter hone waale struggles ko embrace karein. Apne persistence ko celebrate karein jab aap struggles ko overcome karte hain!
Agar aap apni ability par question karne lagte hain, apne successes par reflect karein jo aapne already programming seekhne ke dauraan achieve kiye hain: projects jo aap complete kiye hain aur concepts jo aap pehle nahi samajhte the lekin ab samajhte hain. Yeh sab proof hai ki aap kar sakte hain.
Motivation for learning to code
Mujhe web development sikhna hai taaki main apne aap ko kisi bhi jagah par kaam karne ke liye taiyaar rakh sakun aur samay aur jagah se mukt rah saku. Main apne aap ko useful feel karna chahta hun, life mein aage badhna chahta hun. Main purposefully jeevan jina chahta hun.
Pomodoro technique
- The Pomodoro technique ek time management method hai jo burnout aur procrastination se bachne mein madad kar sakta hai.
- Is technique mein kaam ko 25-minute intervals mein break kiye jaate hain, jismein chote chote breaks shamil hote hain. Break ke dauraan aap music sun sakte hain, doodling kar sakte hain ya phir ek chota sa walk bhi kar sakte hain.
- Ek common pitfall jo coding sikhne mein aati hai, woh hai rabbit holes mein fas jaana. While it's important to explore and experiment, it's also important to stay focused on the path laid out in the curriculum as much as possible.
- Agar aap apne aap ko rabbit hole mein jaate hue paate hain, toh break lein aur phir renewed focus ke saath task ko complete karein.
- Burnout se bachne ke liye breaks lena aur rest lena bhi important hai. Agar aap apne aap ko breaks nahi le rahe hain, toh Pomodoro technique ka upyog karke apne aap ko track par rakhne ki koshish karein.
Finally, sirf apne past self se compare karna zaruri hai, dusro se nahi. Yaad rakhein ki har koi apne pace par aur apni unique strengths aur weaknesses ke saath sikhata hai. Apne progress aur accomplishments ko celebrate karein, chahe kitne chote se kyun na ho.
π§ Pitfalls to Avoid
- Problem: procrastination. Solution: Pomodoro technique.
- Problem: not taking breaks, burnout. Solution: Pomodoro technique.
- Problem: Rabbit Holes. Solution: Stick to the path laid out as much as possible.
- Problem: Comparing Yourself to Others. Solution: Only compare yourself to your past self.
